  This is for the Club CHRO to confirm their attendance.
• b) Club Rego Logbook Revalidation
  You need your issued Club Registration Logbook revalidated by the Club.
• c) Need an MR335 Form issued
  If you are changing a car rego over to Conditional Historic, then you require an MR334 Form issued.
• d) Member Catch Up Only
  For members who simply just want to catch up with other members
