Previously known as "Historic Registration"
As of July 1st 2017 there have been changes to the Club Registration Scheme (Historic Registration).  The main change is for a rolling 30 year qualification and the other is that modifications from the original specification will now be allowed. The Club Registrar needs to verify the build date, which should be on the existing registration paper.

NOTE:  Club Registration is not intended for use on "Daily Drive" vehicles.

As the car owner & driver, what you need to do is - present the car* (or a photo of car and ID or Compliance plate) and registration papers at either a:

To all members with cars on club registration, you are reminded that the Registrar must sign your log book Membership Record every 12 months, so it is important you check your log books ASAP.

If the clubs Registrar has not signed and stamped the Membership Record and you are not financial you are driving unregistered and liable to prosecution.

When you obtained 'Club Registration' it was a requirement that the Registrar would inspect your log book at a BMW Club run or Coffee and Cars within reasonable time. If your car is not on the road or sold we need to be notified.

The preferred method of having your log book inspected and stamped is to come to club meetings or one of these runs. refer to BMWDCSA Events page for times and dates.
