BMWDCSA Inc. Annual General Meeting

The BMW Drivers Club of SA will hold their Annual General meeting on Wednesday 17th October. The purpose of this meeting is to Receive Reports,  Appoint Auditor, Elect a Vice President, Treasurer, Event Director, and Website Editor.  The agenda also includes filling the casual vacancy for Secretary & 2 non executive positions of Membership Secretary & Minute taker (now a simplified job with the new report system)

The Club is run by Volunteers & has undergone a lot of change in the last 12 months.  However, a large increase in members means your Club is in need of more members to assist.  This means you, yes, you over there!

Changes in the last year mean there is more flexibility in the Committee process with a plan to reduce Committee meetings to 6 per year in 2019.

So if you want the BMWDCSA to continue to organise Events, process Club Registration, run the Website, manage the 2 Facebook pages, etc. you had better put your hand up & give us a hand with the bonus of learning something new.
